Technology: the facilitator of cyber-bullying

Cyber bullying is simply the use of technology or technology devices to bully another person through intimidating or threatening messages. Long and unsupervised use of technology has been found to increase the daily cases of bullying on the internet. When children have more access to the internet and are left uneducated on what and what not to do, they tend to spend their time scrolling down unwanted posts and leaving unnecessary and rude comments on websites or even insulting each other. Cyber bullying is a matter of great concern as it affects the emotional well-being of the victims. Continuous effects of cyber bullying results in symptoms of desocialization, depression and anger, which, if not treated results in victims committing suicide. Both parents and educators should monitor when and what their children are doing online and seek to address any reckless behaviours displayed by their children.

Cyberbullying I believe it's also caused by those who fall victim of it, because they tend to share more information about their lives and other contents to draw attention online. Which we should limit careful of.

You have a very good point there! if we don't react appropriately to cyber bullying it will bring more consequences, pouring out our whole lives on the media won't help a thing.
